Connor’s 1st Birthday Party

Well I have been pretty busy lately. We just got back from a trip down to Southern Utah for Connor a Birthday Party and to go to my Niece’s Baptism and my sister Jayme’s Family’s Sealing in the St. George Temple. We combined Connor’s party with a luncheon for the Frisbie’s. It was all a lot of fun, however Connor was a cranky butt. He was teething and now has two teeth working on a third. He didn’t like all the people and I think felt overwhelmed. By the last couple days of the trip he wouldn’t let me or Chris put him down and would scream if someone else tried to hold him.

Connor's FourWheeler Cake for his First Birthday

This is a Picture of the AWESOME cake my mother and sister in law’s made for Connor. It was a 4-Wheeler cake if you can’t tell. So cute and way good. They have a cake making business if any of you want or need a cute cake. They are way awesome.

This Picture was taken at the Outlet Mall in Las Vegas. We went to Las Vegas after the party to spend a few day’s with my Sister Britany’s Family. It was a lot of fun. We went to the Silverton Casino and saw the Mermaids and the Bass Pro Shop. They have a lot of cool stuff as well as a lot of fun attractions and animals all over the place. Unfortunately I forgot to take my Camera in to the Casino and only got pictures with my phone which doesn’t take very good pictures. DSC05009 Connor really like the rides this one was a train he liked. He is becoming so much fun I love that he is walking allover and is so curious. He is so loving too he gives me hugs and kisses all the time and will hug and kiss his stuffed toys. It is so cute I will Hug the stuffed animal then say “your turn Connor” and he will take it from me and give it a hug and kiss then hand it back to me to hug then take it and hug it again. He isn’t saying much but waves really good and has begun to communicate with grunts and will shake his head yes and no. I think he is beginning to understand what no mean and will listen sometimes. He weighs 22lbs and is 33 Inches. He wears 12 or 18 months clothes. He is becoming quite the little daddy’s boy. He will walk around with my phone saying dada dada. He knows that he can talk to his dad with the phone when he is gone. He waves at the phone instead of saying hi it is kind of cute. I can’t believe how much fun Connor is and I am so thankful for him.DSC04961 Here is Connor giving loves to his little friend KJ. They play together sometimes. He also pushed her on the four-wheeler. It was cute. First he gave her loves then he pulled her hair. Not the nicest thing to do I thing he is almost over the pulling hair stage “I hope”.DSC04963 It is nice to have friends in Rangely with kids that Connor can play with. I am so excited for summer to be able to go to the park and just be outdoors. Connor doesn’t seem to mind the grass at all and loves to go outside. He just figured out how to climb up on to the couch today :( not a good thing.

This picture is kind of funny. So I thought I should mention that our dog Teddy accidently ate some d-con rat poison. Not good! We had to make him throw it up. By giving him some Hydrogen peroxide. Then drove him to Vernal for a shot of Vitamin K. Thankfully what the d-con does is block the vitamin k so we have been giving him pills and he is just fine.

I just wanted to Thank everyone for coming to Connor’s Birthday party and all the gifts he loves everything. Especially Thank YOU to my parents and Chris’s. Thanks for letting us stay at you houses and everything you did. Thanks Britany for having us also. We had a great visit.
